Frequency:
- Three times a day: morning, noon, and afternoon.

Application Instructions:
- Apply in a sufficient amount (2 mg/cm² of skin) on clean and dry skin half an hour before sun exposure.
取适量（2 mg/cm²）均匀涂抹于清洁干燥的肌肤上，出门前 30 分钟使用。 - Reducing the amount of cream applied significantly reduces the level of sun protection.
减少用量会显著降低防晒效果。
Reapplication Guidelines:
- Reapply every 2 hours when in direct sun exposure.
在阳光直射下，每 2 小时补涂一次。 - Reapply especially after drying off with a towel, after swimming, or when sweating.
擦干身体、游泳或出汗后需特别补涂。 - Reapplication is essential to maintain the level of protection and the effectiveness of the treatment.

Additional Sun Protection Tips:
- Wear sunglasses and a protective hat when exposed to direct sunlight.
长时间在阳光下活动时，建议佩戴太阳镜和防晒帽。 - Avoid sun exposure during midday and early afternoon (11:00 - 16:00), when UV radiation is strongest.
避免在 11:00 - 16:00 阳光最强烈时长时间暴晒。
Precautions:
- Topical use only. Shake before use.
